How does the delivery process work?

Upon passing inspection, they are carefully packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our partners then deliver your package to you at the earliest convenience. If they encounter any issues with delivery, they will reach out to you to resolve the situation promptly.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges may apply to certain products or services, and these will be communicated to you during the order processing stage. For international shipping, customers outside India may be required to pay customs duties to the courier provider to receive their products.

What is the range of locations to which Skyline Enterprises ships its products?

Skyline Enterprises ships nationwide within India. Please stay updated for announcements on new shipping destinations.

Products cannot be shipped to my area, why?

While we strive to reach as many locations as possible, delivery to certain areas may be restricted due to factors such as courier partner limitations or legal restrictions on certain products.

What are the estimated delivery times?

We aim to deliver your orders within 2-5 business days within India (excluding Sundays and public holidays). For international orders, shipping may take between 5-15 business days.

Is it possible to request a change in delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our customer service team at skyline.entp28@gmail.com immediately to request a change in the delivery address. However, once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a different address.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track the status of your package on our website after 24 hours of dispatch. We partner with trusted courier services such as Ecom Express, Pickrr, and Shiprocket.

Will my order be shipped in multiple shipments?

It's possible that different parts of your order may be shipped from various warehouses, but rest assured, you will only be charged shipping fees for the first package you receive.

Can you hold my delivery if I'm unable to receive it?

If your order has not been dispatched, please contact our customer service team to request a hold. However, once dispatched, we are unable to hold deliveries.

Are there any hidden charges?

We strive for transparency, and there are no hidden charges when purchasing from Skyline Enterprises. Prices listed during checkout are final and inclusive of all taxes. Shipping charges may apply for international orders and will be communicated during order processing.
